Number 45

music & lyrics by Jordan S Franzel

Oh Number Forty-Five,

I cried my heart out the day you arrived.

No moment of sanity you won’t deprive

Hardly a second that you don’t talk jive,

It’s been this way since you’re alive

Oh Number Forty-Five

In his big tower he did reside

The food that he ate was fast and deep fried

His business acumen he must have let slide

Every claim against him he has denied

He claims he’s got the best temperament

Towards charity trusts he’s not lent a cent

If your skin is not white you might not get rent

To be a resident of his cheap tenement

A sense of morality he’s never relied

If he had a soul it must have died

His fat ass kept getting deeper and wide

Like Pinocchio’s nose every time that he’s lied

Oh Number Forty-Five,

I cried my heart out the day you arrived.

No moment of sanity you won’t deprive

Hardly a second that you don’t talk jive,

It’s been this way since you’re alive

Oh Number Forty-Five

Is there something you’re trying to hide,

When you fired the head of the FBI?

You’re finding less people who’ll take your side

To work for you no one would apply

What other traditions will you defy?

My well of tolerance has just run dry

Every word out your mouth is another lie

Please give me a serving of your impeach pie

Someone who thinks that he’s Andrew Jackson

Can only get things done through executive action

Under your picture should read the caption

“This man’s wisdom is merely a fraction”

You sir are no Andrew Jackson!

He may have rosacea so he’s made himself orange

He’s only found solace in the holes of his Golf range

What will we find under dyed and gold locks?

Most likely the brain of a dead baby ox

He has a fake tan

He’s a miserable man

If you haven’t guessed by now, I’m not a fan

He isn’t too smart so what’s his huge plan?

His big league idea is a Muslim ban

You can’t trust anyone who never smiles

With a dishonesty he wears like a style

He stretches the truth beyond a mile

Yet half of the country is still in denial

There’s nothing he’s done that he would regret

His hair looks like a blonde chia pet

His blundering stupidity we will never forget

We better learn Russian so we can say, “Nyet!”

It’s clear to me now that no one did vet

This ego who thinks he is the King of debt

He twitters his fake news when he gets upset

It’s a wonder to me that he’s not fired yet

Oh Number Forty-Five,

I cried my heart out the day you arrived.

No moment of sanity you won’t deprive

Hardly a secret that you can confide,

To take you to jail I’ll gladly drive

Oh Number Forty-Five
